RIOT is aptly named as she is always fun to work! She takes her job seriously but tends to run through fields with a giant smile on her face. She steadied up easily and is an honest dog who has been essential to train our up and comers. She has proven to be an all around fabulous wild bird dog. She is a natural swimmer and loves to retrieve and passes the same to her kids. Her first litter, sired by Tommy, won 1st, 2d, and 3rd place at the national derby. She has had 3 litters and is back to hunting and training.

SHINER is as eye catching on the move as he is on point. He began his field trial career by placing 2nd in OP stakes at 5 and 6 months old against all white dogs. He has a long nose and is proven on wild birds. He has placed in or won several 4 and 5 point stakes (beating 25+ dogs from other breeds) and is closing in on his FC and AFC. He has made the top 10 WCA All Age/Gundog list the last 3 years. He is available at stud to approved bitches. Co-owned by David Melnick and trained/handled by Seabank Kennel

MITY is a natural. She is a classy girl with loads of natural point, retrieve, cooperation, and swims like she was born to. She got a prize 1 in her NA test handled by her kid Kaiden. She spends her time as an all-around farm dog here in VA doing everything from herding escaped cattle, to tracking deer to killing critters. She is also incredibly great with kittens and loves everyone she meets! Just don't throw a ball without expecting to be pestered for more!

MAIZEY is owned by Jim Campbell of Ohio. She was chosen for her sweet temperament, intelligence, and easy movement among other things. She spent two seasons on south Georgia quail with Seabank Kennel and she showed her breeding! Maizey is simply a phenomenal natural wild bird dog, one of those dogs who had sense around covies from her very first encounter. She will be bred in 2026 to Tommy, Southpaw Contender MH

Sy is owned by an accidental bird dog person in northern VA. She's one of those dogs who makes everything look easy, and then some! Having never seen a bird since leaving here she easily passed JH-SH and picked up 3 legs of MH prior to age 2, one of them was all 10s! If she is as good of a mother as she is a companion, house dog, and hunting machine, we have great things to look forward to! Syren was bred to VC Silvershot's Fortunate Son UT1 in Summer 2025.

Southpaw N Edelweiss Adrenaline Junkie





Addie is our keeper from the Winin x Mity litter. She has a love of life, kids, and any kind of trouble she can get into. She has loads of point and was a quick study on wild quail. While family duties have kept her family away from much testing, she did snag a nice placement at the WCA eastern classic which had over a dozen young dogs entered. It was her first trial and she'd never been handled off horseback before. A testament to her rock solid temperament!

Reba is our newest addition, a pup I couldn't part with from our Tommy x Riot litter. She shows extreme natural retrieve, swims like a hippo, and is starting to grow into her feet, too. And she's gorgeous--just ask her! She started and ended her derby year with a bang and has some nice all breed placements so far. She is super smart and steadying up nicely! Her first litter was to FC Southpaw Bootlegger. We look forward to big things for Reba both afield and in the whelping box.

GUNNER is a truly fortunate pup. He was returned to me as a covid dog and stayed here for about 6 months and I realized what a spectacular dog he was!
